TERMS OF SERVICE 

Driver Education and Driver Training must be completed within six months (6 months)
of registration. (Program expires in 180 days)

When scheduling the three driving appointments, remember the 180 day restriction.

A parent signature is required on the enrollment form. Parents, your signature on the form is your promise to pay the one hundred ten dollar ($110.00) fee for a makeup lesson when the student forfeits a lesson. 
Examples: If a student forgets their appointment, fails to cancel their appointment by 4:00pm the day before the lesson (or if the lesson is scheduled for a Monday, the call must be made by 4:00pm the Friday before the lesson), does not have a permit in their possession, loses their permit, forgets their corrective lenses, or leaves their permit in another vehicle.
Our instructors are only paid for the time they drive. Instructors have to be paid for their time regardless of the reason.

Any further lessons needed to complete your program will require an additional prepaid fee. Any and all charges must be paid in full before a certificate of completion is issued.

Because your payment reserves your place in our program, we have a NO-REFUND POLICY.

Note: If a certificate is lost, damaged, or stolen, a ten dollar ($10.00) fee will be charged for each certificate being replaced.
