Of Service REFUND
and CANCELLATION POLICY If
the student is unable to attend the class in which they were originally
enrolled, the fees may be transferred to another class for that student. In
no case, will any credit be made after 6 months from initial payment. If
the account is inactive (no scheduled driving or classroom instruction) for a
period in excess of 6 months, a $25.00 fee will be charged at the time of
reactivation, as well as any fee increases that may have occurred since the
initial enrollment. Our
instructors are only paid for the time they drive. If a student is a “NO
SHOW”, or cancels a lesson without calling by 4 pm the day before their lesson, (OR in
the event the appointment is scheduled for a Monday, the call must be made by 4
pm the Friday before the lesson) you forfeit that lesson and will be charged
for the appointment at the regular 2-hour rate. Any further
lessons needed to complete your program will require an additional prepaid fee. Any
and all charges must be paid in full before a certificate of completion will be
issued. Lost,
damaged, or missing completion certificates will be replaced for a processing
fee of $10.00 each. |
