Dear Students and Parents:

DRIVER EDUCATION CLASSES ARE FORMED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. ,

  Please be sure to indicate the dates of the class you are enrolling in.  If you wish to be placed on a “STAND-BY LIST” (in case there is a cancellation in a class that is already full), please indicate this in the same area on the enrollment form.  If your plans to attend a class change, please notify our office ASAP so we may remove your name from the class list, and move you to another of our scheduled future classes.

You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, lunch or money to purchase lunch.  There are several places within walking distance where you may purchase food. Taco Bell at Luther Rd. and Hwy. 49; as well as, Weiner Works, (all kinds of hot dogs), Pappy’s, Chinese Buffet, and Turpin's (mini- market/convenience store).  A refrigerator and microwave are available if you prefer to bring your own lunch and eat here during the lunch break.  Lunch is from approximately 12:00 Noon to 12:50 pm.  During lunch you may not leave  E-Z Way in a car/truck/motorcycle with anyone other than your parent without prior notification to the instructor.  Your parent may speak directly to the instructor or send a written note.  If you will be leaving with a driver under the age of 18 we require the driver show their license to the instructor before you leave.

Reminder:  First day check in time is 8:15 am.

DATES: CLASSES ARE BEING HELD ON WEEKENDS AS WELL AS WEEKDAYS DURING SCHOOL VACATIONS.  (SEE CURRENT SCHEDULE FOR DETAILS.)

TIME: 8:30-3:30 THE FOUR DAY CLASSES WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRIVER EDUCATION COMPLETION CERTIFICATE – WITH THIS CERTIFICATE – YOU MAY GO TO THE D.M.V. AND TAKE THE WRITTEN TEST FOR YOUR PROVISIONAL INSTRUCTION PERMIT. (YOU MUST BE 15 YEARS 6 MONTHS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE COMPLETED DRIVER EDUCATION).
